We commit to carrying out activities and ensuring their sustainability with the support and trust of all our stakeholders within the framework of occupational health and safety consciousness, within a dynamic corporate structure by following scientific and technological developments for continuous improvement and development.

The following principles are an integral part of ÖMÜR's policy:

-To act in accordance with the occupational health and safety goals and values in strategic decision-making. To consider the criteria of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in resource utilization and all new investments.

-Complying with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System requirements, and structuring to be able to deal with emergencies.

-Ensuring the productivity, efficacy, and sustainability of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in all areas of our operations.

-Working to continuously enhance the Occupational Health and Safety awareness of all employees and stakeholders, and improving the system through effective actions based on Occupational Health and Safety risk analysis evaluation results, along with relevant training.

-Assessing Occupational Health and Safety Management System risk factors and opportunities that could impact achieving company goals within the framework of a risk approach, and ensuring the continuity of improvement activities.

-To provide ergonomic and healthy work environments for all employees, mitigating the risks of occupational accidents, occupational diseases, and contracting contagious diseases (by also analyzing the health and safety risks in the work life of groups requiring special policies), conducting periodic health checks, and evaluating all these processes in risk analyses.

-To ensure the participation of employees and/or their representatives in all occupational health and safety processes.
