IML - In-Mold Labeling

IML - In-Mold Labeling

In-mold labeling (IML) is an innovative technology that combines full integration with the packaging during the production phase, high durability, and superior print quality in a single structure. In this process, the label becomes an inseparable part of the packaging; therefore, the product's surface integrity, shelf aesthetics, and long-term performance are directly shaped by the quality of IML technology.

Available surface options such as opaque, metallized, transparent, barrier, matte, and ultra-glossy exhibit high performance, especially under challenging conditions like the cold chain, oily environments, and premium product segments.

Matt

Matt

Subtle Appearance, Strong Expression

Matte IML labels give packaging a refined and understated look. Instead of reflecting light, the surface diffuses it softly, allowing graphics and colors to appear more balanced and controlled.

This results in a calm, modern aesthetic that emphasizes design clarity rather than shine.

Super Clear

Super Clear

Minimal Design, Maximum Impact

The invisible hero of packaging, transparent IML labels offer a minimalist yet powerful presentation that brings the product itself to the forefront. The transparent in-mould labelling solutions we offer are ideal, especially for brands that embrace a clean and minimalist design philosophy.

Ultra Gloss

Ultra Gloss

A Surface That Captures Light, An Effect That Elevates the Brand

Ultra-gloss IML labels provide high reflectivity and vibrancy on the packaging surface. This specialized solution we offer has been developed for brands looking to enhance shelf visibility and make their design more energetic and eye-catching.

The gloss level makes colors appear more powerful while enhancing the clarity of graphic details. Especially on highly competitive shelves, it ensures the packaging is noticed at first glance.

Barrier

Barrier

Where Protection Meets Visual Performance

Food safety and product shelf life are more critical than ever in today’s packaging industry. Barrier in mould labelling solutions create an effective protective layer between the product and the external environment, offering a packaging experience that is both aesthetic and functional. Especially for food products, they preserve freshness by preventing flavor loss and minimize the risk of contamination caused by external factors. In this way, they provide a holistic solution that not only delivers an eye-catching appearance but also extends the product’s shelf life and enhances its safety.

PET

PET

High Clarity, Strong Protection, Responsible Choice

PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) based IML labels deliver ultra-high transparency and gloss, significantly enhancing the shelf appeal of the product. By integrating seamlessly with the package during the injection molding process, the label achieves a glass-like clarity and a perfectly smooth surface, maximizing the visual impact of the packaging. This creates a more refined, clear, and trustworthy appearance on the shelf.

Beyond aesthetics, PET labels also offer outstanding protection. Their high impact resistance forms a strong bond with injection-molded containers, while their excellent resistance to moisture and heat provides a surface that is even more durable and stable than many barrier IML solutions. This ensures product integrity is maintained throughout logistics and end-use.

Metalized

Metalized

High Shelf Impact, Premium Visual Quality

Metalized IML surfaces add a strong visual accent that attracts attention and elevates brand perception. They are often used when plastic packaging needs to achieve the same visual presence as metal.

BML

BML

Integrated Production, Permanent Visuals

BML (Blow Mold Labeling) is a labeling method where the label is placed inside the mold during the production of plastic packaging and permanently integrated into the product surface through the blow molding process.

The process begins by blowing molten PE (polyethylene) material into the mold. The label is precisely positioned inside the mold prior to production. The material blown into the mold shapes both the form and the label simultaneously, making the label an integral part of the packaging.

This method ensures that the label fits perfectly onto the surface, especially for packaging with conical, curved, or asymmetric shapes.

Our Markets

Food & Beverage

Compliance and Protection

Food safety and shelf life are at the center of our production processes. For yogurt, cheese, ice cream, margarine, butter, confectionery, dairy products and spreadable food items, we follow a production discipline that takes migration limits and thermal changes into account. Our objective is to ensure that packaging maintains its hygienic and aesthetic integrity from filling to the consumer’s table.

Industrial Products

Durability and Information Integrity

In sectors such as paints, construction chemicals and silicone cartridges, we are fully aware of the physical stress packaging is exposed to. For this reason, we focus on solutions that offer high resistance to friction, stacking and logistics-related stress, while keeping product information clearly readable over time.

Industrial Products

Household Goods

User Experience and Continuity

In everyday-use items such as trays, containers, waste bins and other kitchen and bathroom products, the packaging is part of the product itself. By maintaining material and resin compatibility (mono-material), we preserve visual integrity while also facilitating recycling at the end of the product’s life cycle.

Household Goods

Cosmetics & Personal Care

Fine Details and Shelf Prestige

In the cosmetics industry, surface structures with high resistance to oil-based formulations, active ingredients, and chemical exposure preserve the packaging’s original appearance throughout its entire lifecycle. This ensures that your brand maintains a premium, clean, and trustworthy image both on the shelf and in everyday use.
